Architect's Needs (Across the board?)

I joined an interesting meeting with some architects in Dallas last week (thank you Hinojosa for your time!).  We brainstormed how we could work together to facilitate any given prospective project (mostly higher education) in the bidding process.  They had an interesting perspective and gave me some great ideas as to what they would want from us as the laboratory and educational casework suppliers.  I am now going to spend some time creating folders of all of our vendors and their many products they offer in cut sheet form.  The architects mentioned that if they had access to these cut sheets, they could include them in their proposals for the projects for more clarity for the client.  Would this be something that architects across the board would want in the bidding process?  Please share your insights as to what I should create at this stage of the project.
